At FROMM Packaging, we provide service support when you purchase FROMM packaging equipment. We consider ourselves a team that works effortlessly to maximise your revenue and minimise your expenses. That’s why we provide on-site technical support for services and emergency repairs.

FROMM has 11 trained service personnel with various skill levels to support your business. Service is the greatest after-sale asset you can hope to have. Good equipment and good service make for a good working life!

Scheduled Maintenance Solutions

As part of our commitment to our customers, we can create a maintenance service schedule for your FROMM Packaging equipment to ensure that it is always operating at peak performance. It’s been shown that a lack of on-going maintenance is the biggest reason for unplanned downtimes, increasing your costs and delaying your deliveries.

If you want to maximise your operations, the easiest and most cost-effective solution is to have regular services by experienced technicians. We can arrange for this to happen at any time, before or after accepting delivery of your FROMM Packaging equipment.

It’s important to note that to maintain your two year FROMM warranty, your equipment must be serviced every six months by a FROMM technician.

Emergency Response Solutions

If a packaging machine breaks down, we know that time is of the essence. Until it’s up and running again, your business is losing money and your customers won’t be happy with the unexpected delays. That’s why we have our emergency response team at the ready! They can be on-site as soon as possible to identify and fix the problem.

Since we stock a wide variety of spare parts, our technicians can usually have you back up and running at optimum levels within one business day. However, if it’s going to take longer to get your equipment operating at full capacity again, we have back up equipment that can be installed by our technicians, giving us the additional time needed to repair your equipment.

Our goal is to get you back up and operating as soon as possible. Our technicians will provide you with a written report that outlines the cause of the problem and the work that was required to resolve the issue. Any parts that were replaced will also be handed over to you, so you can see the true nature of the breakdown.

If at this point, you don’t already have a service schedule in place with us, it’s a good idea to put one in place, as this will reduce the probability of a failure occurring again.
